Email us your order number and our customer satisfaction team will get in touch with you.

Q. How do I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your shipping address please inform us within 7 working days after you've placed the order.

Q. I haven’t received my package yet.

If it’s been three weeks since we shipped your order and you haven’t received it, let us know. Make sure to give us the right shipping address. We cannot refund if an order gets lost in transition due to the wrong address.
